Today I’m sharing something new and a little vulnerable.
The very first episode of my podcast is now live.

I began this project because I’ve become fascinated by how much of our lives are guided not by facts, but by stories: the explanations we construct about who we are, what we’re capable of, and what the world expects from us.
In this opening conversation, Beverley Glick and I explore what we called the archaeology of stories, gently uncovering the layers beneath our beliefs and self-narratives. We talk about inherited scripts, identity, self-criticism, reinvention, and the surprising freedom that comes from questioning a long-held story.
